I don’t like calling this a diet, rather a lifestyle. Most people tend too think of diets as something temporary which will aid in quick weight loss.

Think long term; Weight loss will become one of the effortless side effects.

One thing I’ve learned is that by cutting out carbs, you don’t have to miss out on your favourite foods, you can make almost anything with alternate ingredients.
